You do the work. We do the bidding.

Estimating eats nights and weekends, and a rushed number can cost you a job or your margin. Upload the plans and get a complete, checked bid back.

You upload

  • The plan set and specs as PDFs
  • Your company info and labor rates
  • Supplier pricing and markup
  • Project details and bid due date

You get back

  • Quantity takeoff with marked-up sheets
  • Line-by-line estimate on your rates
  • A proposal with your name on it, ready to send

How it works

Everything goes through one upload form, and every bid follows the same routine.

  1. Enter your rates

Labor rates, supplier pricing and markup, entered on the form the first time you bid with us.

  2. Upload plans

Add the plan set and project details. We confirm price and delivery date within one business day.

  3. We build the bid

Takeoff, estimate and proposal, checked by someone who has run concrete crews.

  4. You review

A short walkthrough of the number, plus one round of changes.

  5. You submit

The bid goes out under your company name. You own it.

Questions

If yours isn’t here, email us.

Whose numbers do you use?

Yours. You enter your labor rates, supplier pricing and markup on the upload form, and every bid is priced from them. We don’t guess at your costs.

How do I send plans?

Upload them on the Start a bid page. PDFs up to 50 MB each. For larger plan sets, paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link in the notes.

Who’s responsible for the final price?

You are. We build and check the bid, walk you through it, and make changes. You approve the final number before it goes out under your company name.

What kind of concrete work do you bid?

Slabs on grade, flatwork, footings, foundation and stem walls, and site concrete. Larger structural jobs are quoted case by case.

How do I pay?

Per-bid work is invoiced on delivery. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. We accept card and bank transfer.

Will you contact the GC for me?

Only if you ask. By default everything comes to you and you submit the bid.
